Shipping

We use Australian post to deliver your items Australia-wide from  Sydney, NSW. Postage is included in the product price .

The item can be delivered at all addresses that is business, commercial or PO Box. The recipient needs to sign the receipt of the item.

For orders outside of Australia, we ask that you contact us first, before making a purchase. We can make special arrangement for your order and the extra cost of shipping will be calculated once we know the destination.

 

Refunds and Returns Policy

As our most of the items are handmade, hand printed and manufactured in cottage industries no two items are identical. However if you are not 100% satisfied with our product you can contact us and we will happily refund or exchange your item.
Items can also be refunded/exchanged if damaged or sent in error.
Any request for a return needs to be lodged via email within seven days of receipt of the item. Please make sure you have the details of the item and invoice/reference number included.
